Data & Account Deletion

You may request that we delete your Shop LC account and its associated personal data. Deleting your account may result in information such as your bidding and order history being unrecoverable.

Outstanding Payments:

• In order to complete your request, Shop LC requires that all pending payments should be paid in full. For example, any outstanding BudgetPay payments must be completed before your account can be deleted.

Please also consider the following:

• Deleting your account may affect your ability to return items you've purchased back to Shop LC.
• You will not be eligible to win any open product auctions for which you have placed a bid.
• Shop LC will be unable to send communication to you going forward.

Shop LC reserves the right to retain your data as required or permitted by law for the purpose of complying with legal authorities in response to investigations, subpoenas, or other legal processes.
